QR codes for weddings

Invitations are printed months before the details are final. A designed, editable code lets the card stay beautiful while the information behind it stays current.

Codes worth printing

A code that fits the stationery

A QR code does not have to be a black square. You can match colours to your palette, round the dots, add a small monogram in the middle, or turn the whole code into AI artwork. Keep the code clearly darker than its background, and check the scan score before sending the design to the printer.

Print it at least 2 cm wide on an invitation, larger on a welcome sign, and test the final proof with two different phones.

Details change after the cards are sent

The ceremony time moves, the hotel block opens, the shuttle schedule arrives late. With an editable code, the printed invitation always opens the latest version of your wedding page. You change the link; no new cards.

Keep it private

Link options can ask for a password before the page opens. You can put the password in the printed link so guests with the card go straight through while a forwarded screenshot of the link alone does not.
