Work on codes together
A workspace holds codes, stats, domains and API keys. Invite colleagues or clients with the right role, instead of sharing a password.
What you get
Roles
Owner, admin, editor and viewer: viewers read stats, editors change codes, admins manage people.
Several workspaces
Keep each client or brand in its own space and switch between them.
Change history
See who changed which code and when.
Up to 10 members
Invite by email; the invitation is valid for a week.
How it works

Open Team in your dashboard.
- 2
Invite people by email and pick their role.
- 3
They accept, and see the workspace in their switcher.
Who team workspaces are for
Agencies managing codes for several clients, marketing teams sharing campaigns, and restaurants or shops where a manager updates menus while the owner watches the numbers. Everyone signs in with their own account, so nobody shares a password and you can see who changed what.
Choosing the right role
Viewers can read codes and stats but not change them, which suits clients and finance. Editors can create and change codes. Admins can also invite and remove people. The owner pays for Pro and can do everything. You can change a role at any time.
What a workspace shares
Codes, Smart Links, barcodes, statistics, custom domains, API keys and webhooks all live in the workspace, so they stay with the team when someone leaves. A workspace can have up to 10 members, invited by email, and the owner’s plan and limits apply to everything in it.
Removing a member takes effect on their next click. Every change to a code stays in its history with the name of the person who made it, which makes handovers between colleagues or agencies easy to follow.
